1 hour, 1 night a week for 4 weeks
Ages 6-11: 6pm-7pm FULL
Ages 11+: 7-8pm
Classes will be lead by Charles Weber.
4 players per class
Registration will close once classes are full.

The goal of this program is to improve player's strength, endurance, and overall athleticism. We will offer 3 programs specifically designed for each age group. These courses are open to all athletes but designed with baseball and softball in mind. (Courses are not designed to get you "jacked" for football season.) Classes will meet on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
2 class a week for 6 weeks (12 total classes- Tuesdays & Thursdays ONLY)- $225
3 classes a week for 6 weeks (18 total classes- Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays)- $275

High School (14-18yrs) CLOSED
Course will focus on mobility, explosive rotational training, core stability and over-all body strength.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8-9pm
Saturdays: 9:30am- 10:30pm
Middle School (11-13yrs) CLOSED
Course will focus on mobility, flexibility, stability, proper form for explosive movements, and strength building from body-weight exercises (no weights).
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7-8pm
Youth Course (7-10yrs) CLOSED
Course will focus on flexibility, speed, agility and other athletic movements. This is a beginner course designed to build an athletic foundation for young players.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6-7pm
